Dear minister,

What does a white rat symbolise?  In my dream I was around a man from my work and he threw a white rat at me.  The rat did not hurt me but I was afraid of the thing, at one point I thought it bit me but I did not feel anything.  This parent thought it was funny teasing me with the white rat knowing I was afraid and didn't want it near me.

It's called " white attack ". Meaning : playful but dangerous attack ".

Hmm. I can see you are such a soft person.
Anyway :
The lord say, be wary of these funny but dangerous play around either with any of your colleagues or close friends even if the person mean no harm.

It affects and causes fear to your person hence may cause a permanent fear/damage or breakdown to your person,health.
