Good morning sir,
1. I dreamt I was in a kind of an open room, and someone outside the room I think gave me some books, quite enormous, and I was going to work or look into those books and then he attempted to give me money too, the money was #50 I think, and he said take this too but I refused to take that money, he kept on pestering me to take it but I adamantly refused to collect that money (I don't know the reason why I didn't want to collect that money) and so he left.
What could it means.
2. Secondly, I dreamt about this. I was doing a sign, that sign of using two fingers pulling against themselves downward to make a bird flying in the sky fall, I was doing it against a black bird in the sky and it seems it was falling.
3. A brother dreamt to see a very beautiful and stunning black peacock flying over our house, he came to call me and my mom to see it, we came out to see it but it flew to the opposite house facing us and it was looking directly at us, at our house. What could it mean.

Good day sir. I Dreamt that a small boy came to my mom and told her that my younger brother said he can't come home because he has lost the money he gave her to buy something.

You've done justice to the interpretation of the dream already.
Yes, he's indeed brought ridicule and shame upon himself and the family and he may not be able to bear this for so long hence may depart or flee from home because of shame.
