It's that time of the year for our domain renewal, I call it " Land use charge ' come April 10 that is less than 20days from now our domain will expire hence we wish to let you know if you wish to support or fund this year's renewal...

Note : if you wish to know the amount do PM me or send me a message as we chose not to disclose this on PUB for security purpose. You know webmaster, domain seller can hunt the domain if such information is revealed on the pub so it's a must for us to take this measure.

I want to specially bless the lord, and for those/few of you that have so far sowed into the project of DreamsTorchlight domain renewal project. God knows you all, your names --may he renew your heaven and bless you all anew even those of you that wished and still hoping to be part of the project.

Greetings brethen,

It's been a battle all morning with the domain renewal as we received an unexpected news(shock) concerning our renewal price especially the Cpanel/delux maintenance on godaddy this morning. A price close to almost £100 excluding the "www" domain name-with the possibility of annual increment. For us, this is not sustainable considering the forum financial pocket..this is way too high and unsustainable for us(if we must remain here always) as the overall price is close to half a hundred thousand nigeria naira hence we are considering maintaining our domain name (www) with " still " godaddy while we move our forum brain/delux back to the former-free version or a more moderate price hosting company


Suggestions and input are welcome as this belongs to us all.

Note : We are still deliberating.

Updates ;

Our webmaster suggested that we maintain godaddy for now(even though what they are charging us isn't favorable.) before we decide or consider moving back to our former..
In that case, we've decided to see how it goes next year when the time for domain renewal comes. So there won't be moving of contents or missing of some little contents in your threads for now. Above all, decision hasn't be reached as this is just to buy time and consider what's best for us all.

Note ; domain would be renew for the year until we decide if we can manage the new price godaddy is charging us now.

Update on our domain :


This is to inform you all that we " may " move the domain to the former hosting company next YEAR. So we remain with godaddy with @" www.dreamstorchlight.org and let go of the. www.dreamstorchlight.com after April 4 while the delux(the forum content subscription is taken out of Godaddy)This is become so imperative because we've come to realized that,FINANCIALLY,' the forum might not be able to afford the new (high) charges with Godaddy.

Note : during the possible swift next YEAR some of your informations or contents or almost few might go down with it or lost, next year!. We are making this announcement beforehand so that you can all prepare for the against possible switch,next YEAR!

If God lays it in your heart, it is about that time of the year that both Domain and Hosting are requested for renewal, respectively.

Please note that domain renewal isn't the same as hosting renewal as their charges or price varies and in fact, hosting is on the high side.

In a layman's breakdown :

Domain - www.dreamstorch...
Hosting - is the back end of the forum: the engine data room or collection data of all your contents or posts, threads, etc.
